And if you think that you will endure a week and lose 7 kilograms, and this result will remain with you forever, then I hasten to disappoint you. No. Won't stay. Simply because the weight loss in the first week occurs mainly due to the removal of excess fluid from the body and the maximum emptying of the intestines. As you understand, such a result can not last long.
How to lose weight in a week without pain
Now the most important point. During these seven days that you will lose weight, you will have a serious vitamin and mineral deficiency. If you decide to start everything tomorrow, start taking multivitamins first thing in the morning.
